BUSINESS COUNSELING

 

Many businesses find it more economical to rely upon outside counsel to act as their in-house and general counsel. We routinely serve as outside general counsel for businesses throughout the country and the world, as well as assist in-house legal departments as an alternative to hiring an additional, full-time counsel or outsourcing overflow work that might otherwise be handled by an experienced in-house counsel.  Working closely with each client to understand its business model and industry, we develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s business activities and objectives which allows us to provide customized service targeting each client’s unique needs and available resources.  Because of this, we are able to provide focused, client-centered, and cost-effective advice and counsel on legal issues confronting our clients on a daily basis.
